Thailand: Best Time to Visit
The climate does vary throughout Thailand but it is a year-round destination. There is no bad time to visit and there are no extremes of weather. There is, however, a rainy season from July to October but don’t be put off as the rain passes quickly and helps to cool the temperatures. In Bangkok and further north, can be cool all-year-round in the evening. The cool and dry season is from November to early April in the south. However, the climate is different on the west coast where it is at its best at this time, perfect for diving and snorkeling whereas the east coast does have its highest rainfall in November and the best time to be there is December to April. In northern Thailand, the dry season is from November to May with November to February the very best time when flowers are blooming. June to October here has heavy rain.
