Position Title: Reservations Manager
Division: Wholesale
Reports to: Atlantic & Pacific Region General Managers, Wholesale Location: Toronto 



  •  Manage, coach and develop wholesale team members in conjunction with General Managers to drive best performances and ensure agents achieve their monthly & yearly
  •  Support sales staff with daily reservation questions and customer complaints
  •  Review phone calls & online chat correspondence and drive department to provide exceptional customer service.
  •  Create, develop, & foster “team spirit” and morale. Motivate staff with incentives, celebrate achievements and create a “sell company culture.”
  • Organize “Buzz” nights



  •  Foster a culture of learning and continual training, learning, and development
  •  Train and support new and struggling sales staff on all aspects of the sales role including sales, Tbox, and customer service
  •  Ensure staff are properly trained and partake in all relevant training sessions & quizzes; manage
  • RISE training to increase number of Expert staff & SuperSellers
  • Assist in revamping and implementing a new sales training program


  •  Monitor enquiry levels & distribute leads among team
  •  Monitor, increase, and report on conversion rates and sales regularly
  •  Ensure margins are maintained at minimum levels
  •  Ensure that targets/packages are understood
  •  Improve sales procedures; drive tbox improvements


  •   Contribute to a positive, inspirational, and supportive environment within the wholesale teams
  • Assist in the recruiting/hiring process for new sales consultant
  • Administer performance reviews and monthly non-sales performance evaluations where required
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance & payroll
  • Communicate and enforce customer service, follow up procedures, and company policies
  • Standardize procedures & reduce inefficiencies across all brands
  • Attend and contribute to manager and team sales meetings
  • Attend trade shows where required


  •   Proven experience in motivating, coaching & supervising employees
  •   Excellent sales and customer service skills and attitude
  •   Interpersonal, conflict resolution and team leadership skills
  •   Strong comprehension of sales targets & reports
  •   Highly organized
