Take a walk around the vast grounds, stopping in to explore the various temples, throne halls, the Emerald Buddha, the most revered Buddhist image in Thailand and museums within the compound with a particular focus on Queen Sirikit Museum. For those who want a more exclusive visit, a curator from this remarkable museum will be your personal guide through the exhibit. Not only does the visit showcase high fashion but it also chronicles the Queen's life. Explore the Doi Tung Development Project, a pioneering initiative that transformed opium fields into sustainable farmland, supporting local communities. Stroll through the Mae Fah Luang Gardens, a beautifully landscaped haven created by the Princess Mother to bring European-style floral beauty to Thailand.
