Hop in a local cab with a few of your fellow travellers and keep your eyes peeled for vibrant street art and political murals daubed along the city’s most iconic streets. Galway to Cliffs of Moher and Dingle Peninsula

Toes still tapping to yesterday’s Galway melodies, we’ll hop back in our luxury mini coach this morning and set our sights on the Burren National Park. You’d be forgiven for thinking we’d landed on the moon in this rocky karst landscape that’s been shaped by thousands of years of coastal and glacial erosion. We’ve got a second natural wonder in our sights this afternoon: the iconic Cliffs of Moher. These jagged - and entirely vertical - series of coastal cliffs will take your breath away. Stand near the edge (but not too close!) and feel the boom of the waves crashing against the rocks below. There’ll be more chances to admire this region’s captivating scenery as we trace our way down the coast, hopping across the Shannon Estuary on the local ferry. It’s the perfect souvenir! Afterwards, you'll have some free time to wander - including seeking out a melt-in-your-mouth lobster roll or a silky seafood bisque for lunch. Today marks the penultimate chapter of our tour - and it’s destined to be full of thrilling plotlines and unique characters. First up: we’ll hop back in time to the early 1800s at Swiss Cottage and learn about its eclectic array of visitors. The traditional cottage orne - which looks just like an alpine lodge - was once a famous retreat and it’s easy to picture guests lounging around on picnic blankets on its lush lawns or attending soirees in its stylishly decorated music room. Then, we’ll swap Regency fancies for medieval masterpieces in the nearby town of Cahir. It’s home to an immense 12th-century castle - which you could choose to explore during our lunch break. Or why not grab a picnic lunch from one of the town’s many bakeries and wander alongside the serene waters of the River Suir? Finally, we come to our third - and last - stop of the day. Kilkenny has gained a reputation for being Ireland's ‘most perfect’ medieval city and your Tour Leader will show you exactly why during a leisurely walk around its narrow twisting lanes lined with dramatic grey buildings made from a mix of local limestone and crushed seashells. I was looking at a month holiday in New Zealand and Australia and Natasa Jaric who is located in the Toronto area helped to make it happened by combining 2 already designed holidays in Oceania. From the beginning to the end, Natasa was "hands on" by explaining and providing everything I needed for our trip. During our trip, there were few bumps on the road that had nothing to do with Goway Travel as it was the airline company that cancelled our scheduled flight and created chaos. And the other problems (they were light) was because of the way hotels described their rooms. It should definitely be better worded! Db to me means double bed ... what does it mean to you? ;-) Anyhow, we ended up having two beds but with some arguments at one hotel only. The others accommodated us at no extra cost. I should also add that NZ and Aus. know how to treat tourists. I was particularly impressed with the transfers services offered by different companies both in NZ and Aus. Wow! No waiting at the airports, hotels or terminals. They were there ready to pick us up and drive us where ever we needed to be! Well done!!! It's the kind of service that I will have a hard time not to use again as it comes with a $ sign but definitely worth spending it! :-). I received a very good response from the "Help office" when the flight was cancelled and other inquiries I had made. Very good service once again. Ingrid did a phenomenal job creating a 22 day trip beginning in with 3 days in Turkey, that included a Turkish Bath and a private tour of the mosques, we then took a 10 day cruise through the Mediterranean, Greece, Croatia, plus a couple of other stops. We got off the cruise in Ravenna Italy our transportation was spot on picking us up (I would have to stay all of our transportation was impressive, always there, on time, very helpful) we traveled from Ravenna to Venice where we stayed for two nights. Venice is the only place we had a hiccup, we weren't sure if someone was meeting us at our Hotel to take us to the water taxi to get to the train station, we figured it out, made the train and all was good. Traveled to Florence, had the best time there with one of our most favorite excusions, stayed in Florence for two nights and then completed our trip with three nights in Rome. Rome is BUSY, I was not prepared for that but should of expected it. This is our second big trip planning through Goway Travel, I can not recommend enough, they are so detailed and take care of everything you need and everything you didn't know you needed.
