“We just returned from a wonderful…”

We just returned from a wonderful journey to the Rocky Mountains, assisted by Goway Travel. This journey has been on our wish list for decades and finally happened in June 2025. Goway put together a great itinerary. The first day was a private tour of Banff and the surrounding area. Our tour guide, Bally, made this day very special by personalizing the tour with a special connection for each person (four) in our group. This became a spiritual journey for us. The days on the train exceeded our expectations as we traveled through the wonders of the Rockies. The logistics for getting us to the train and our Hotel in Vancouver went very smoothly. The personal tour of Vancouver also met and exceeded expectations. Ruthanne Leonty was a great support, ensuring that everything went as expected and more.

We used Goway for a short trip to South America. It was arranged easily and the details of the trip went well for our family of three. For simple trips we usually book things ourselves and are fine doing that in North America and Europe. When we have gone further, the value in a travel agency is in linking and arranging keys details in a trustworthy manner. In this trip we had a guide in each of two South American locations that were arranged by Goway. This went well and having this set up in advance gave peace of mind during the trip. Choosing the itinerary and hotels was also helped by the suggested items from Goway. We trust with our experience that we'll have a good outcome on trips such as this.
