Helping people plan unforgettable trips to Europe is one of my greatest passions. I specialize in Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Greece—my personal favourite destinations, where I love spending vacations with my wife and our two young kids. Over the years, I’ve learned how to make travel both fun and effortless for families. I enjoy helping others create trips that strike the perfect balance between sightseeing, relaxation, and simply enjoying the moment.

Travel has always been a big part of my life — I’ve visited more than 40 countries, and many of them more than once. I’ve always been fascinated by history, architecture, art, and music. Wherever I go, I love exploring museums, old streets, and local record shops — I never leave a country without bringing home a couple of vinyls as souvenirs.

I’m also a big fan of renting a car in Europe and exploring the smaller towns and hidden gems that most travellers miss. For me, the best trips combine a few iconic highlights with those unexpected discoveries you stumble upon along the way.

Fun Facts

Every country I visit, I bring back a few local vinyl records to capture the vibe of its culture — I have some really cool ones with Fado from Spain, Portugal, and soul funk from Thailand.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 weeks in New Zealand! The country is so beautiful and the people so friendly. We were just back from an ambitious 42-day grand circle through seven of the ASEAN countries! An itinerary gestating over a period of time, carefully planned and pore over intently all the way through proved satisfying as expected, but the amazing "embarras de richesse" in six weeks such as we've never experienced before truly went beyond our imagination, both in terms of scenery and culture! The vast majority of the local teams who work with Goway provided impressive service throughout our stay, and quite a number of the guides and drivers deserve to be called cream of the crop in their line of work. But ultimately, we owe our destination specialist Taryn a profound gratitude for her insight and for her coordination efforts which made all this possible. When our debit card was not retrievable in an airport ATM Taryn again went out of her way to approve a small loan through transfer to our local guide's bank account, who then withdrew cash from an ATM while we simply paid Goway Travel by credit card through an online payment link.
