I love travelling solo as it teaches me a lot about myself and what I am capable of. Not to mention, it forces me to interact with locals, which often leads to lasting friendships. I met some of my closest friends on long train rides, and by asking for directions.

I was born and raised in Hungary, so I was lucky enough to grow up travelling around Europe. While I moved to Canada as a teenager, I have continued to visit Europe at least once a year, as my family and many of my close friends still live there. I am fortunate to have loved ones in many different countries, which has given me the opportunity to experience different parts of Europe from a local perspective.

A few years ago, I travelled solo through Germany, Austria, Hungary, Italy, and France, even visiting Switzerland for a quick day trip. I stayed with friends and family in each country, so I wasn't really alone. It was such a nice way to experience each culture and to see how differently people close to me live. I also learned that train hopping is hands down the best way to experience Europe!

Everything was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. The individual tours were wonderful and all the guides were exceptional. A lot of traveling-the flight was very good on Cathay Pacific would highly recommend their airline seats were comfortable and spaced well. Being on an airplane for 16 hours sucks in general, but other than being a little sore from being stuck in one place all was good.
