I love exploring local drinks and cuisine when I travel—it’s such a unique way to experience culture. My family has been in the beer industry all my life, and I’ve recently completed my Level 2 WSET in wine. In fact, I just did a Scotch whisky tasting in Scotland—maybe spirits will be the next thing I learn! Having an appreciation and understanding of what goes into each drink makes the place even more special, and you learn so much about the country you’re in as well.

Favourite Travel Memory
My favourite travel memory is backpacking across New Zealand with my best friend after graduating from university. It was a destination that once felt out of reach, but booking those flights marked the start of an unforgettable adventure. We met incredible people from around the world, shared stories, and explored some of the most stunning landscapes I’ve ever seen. Skydiving over Abel Tasman pushed me far outside my comfort zone, while a helicopter ride to the Franz Josef Glacier made the world feel so much bigger and more connected. That journey reminded me of the value of embracing new experiences and how transformative stepping into the unknown can be!

Every detail, from the moment we got off the cruise ship, to Cusco, to Machu Picchu, and back to Lima airport hotel, was well taken care of. Our experience in Peru was very positive. We felt the tours organized by Goway had enabled us to have great and impressive exposure to Peruvian culture and important historical sights - all 31 hours in 3 days!!! Condor Travel in Peru took care of us every step of the way. Every person we came across was very courteous, willing, and helpful. Denise WatkinsI booked this trip to Adelaide with Goway, after using them before when we explored the 'big' sites of Australia. This time, we went to Adelaide to go to three of the top wine growing areas for wine tastings. We were a small group of 4 people. It was made better as the vendor used Small Batch Wine Tours for all of our excursions. They were fantastic making us the only travelers on these tours. Matthew, the owner, even adjusted our wineries on the last day to go to different place. This place totally marked off everything we were looking for in wine. Ended up buying a couple of bottles.
