Below are links to our booking and final payment credit card authorization forms. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Group Final Payment

Once the form opens in your browser, you must DOWNLOAD the form to your computer BEFORE completing anything. You will be asked to log-in or continue with download only - select this option. NOTE: Please DO NOT fill out the form within your web browser, as your information may be lost unless you download the form first.
Once your blank form has been saved to your computer, navigate to the location where the form now resides and double-click on the form to open it.
Complete the fields on the form as required
Once you have completed the entire form with all relevant information, please send your completed form to your Goway Group Specialist directly (specific instructions are noted on the top of each form on where to send your file if you are unsure).

My family of 5 adults booked a 3 week custom trip to Japan with GoWay for Oct 2025. We wanted a mix of activities, transportation and hotels that were booked for us through one point of contact, and some booked by us, as well as free days along the way. Not many agencies will do this for you but GoWay did. Harpreet Litt was our agent and she delivered with gold stars. This was a bucket trip of a lifetime for us and she did not disappoint. I am not joking when I say that absolutely nothing logistically went wrong. The private tours we had were a highlight with amazing guides. The bus tours were appropriate and of great value. Transport was easy and reliable and the rest of the time we enjoyed the public transportation and lots of walking of course! Everything we requested was delivered and at a fair price - this wasn’t a luxury vacation but it was comfortable where we needed it to be. I would not hesitate to use them again and I am recommending them to anyone who wants their vacation on their own terms and within their budget.
