Ayesha was the agent I had arranged everything with online. She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond helping arrange add ons for my group.
Ramez was our contact in Cairo and he was extremely helpful with logistics and making sure everyone knew what the plans were. He was a big help in getting us through the Cairo airports as well. Very friendly and would answer everyone’s questions very easily.
Gamal was our tour guide for Cairo as well as our Nile River cruise. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the aspects of what we were seeing. It can’t be easy trying to explain hundreds of years of history, but he made it enjoyable and interesting.

My family of 5 adults booked a 3 week custom trip to Japan with GoWay for Oct 2025.
We wanted a mix of activities, transportation and hotels that were booked for us through one point of contact, and some booked by us, as well as free days along the way.
Not many agencies will do this for you but GoWay did. Harpreet Litt was our agent and she delivered with gold stars. This was a bucket trip of a lifetime for us and she did not disappoint.
I am not joking when I say that absolutely nothing logistically went wrong. The private tours we had were a highlight with amazing guides. The bus tours were appropriate and of great value. Transport was easy and reliable and the rest of the time we enjoyed the public transportation and lots of walking of course! Everything we requested was delivered and at a fair price - this wasn’t a luxury vacation but it was comfortable where we needed it to be.
I would not hesitate to use them again and I am recommending them to anyone who wants their vacation on their own terms and within their budget.
