Born in Punjab, India in a middle-class family, traveling to different countries was out of my reach. After moving to a metro city, New Delhi, I started working as a travel consultant and my travel journey began. I was fortunate to travel through Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America. My solo trip to Egypt was not just a travel tale; it was a unique narrative of personal discovery, where I not only discovered the wonders of the world through the Giza Pyramids but also delved into the intriguing realm of mummies, unraveling their ancient mysteries. Visiting the Egyptian Museum in Cairo was a memorable experience. The museum is a treasure trove of ancient artifacts, with mummies, statues, and relics that offer a fascinating glimpse into Egypt’s history. It was a captivating journey through time, and I could have spent hours exploring its captivating exhibits. It was amazing to learn about the history and culture while exploring these wonders on my own. Riding a camel and horse around the Giza Pyramids was an unforgettable part of my trip. My local guide enhanced my experience by sharing insightful stories about Egypt's history and introduced me to the warmth of Egyptian hospitality. It made my journey not just about the sights but also about the culture and people. I can't wait to return and explore even more of this incredible destination.
