I am a globetrotter at heart. Over the past few decades, I have visited top highlights in Latin America, Europe, and North Africa. With a travel career spanning 25+ years, I am always looking for the next hot destination. I served as an international tour guide early on in my career and met some wonderful travellers. My favourite destination is definately Egypt. After spending nearly 30 days covering the country and sailing 600km on the Nile River, I hold a special place in my heart for Egypt. My favourite architectural site is Abu Simbel, an architectural marvel set against the backdrop of Lake Nasser. The views are breathtaking. Everything was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. The individual tours were wonderful and all the guides were exceptional. A lot of traveling-the flight was very good on Cathay Pacific would highly recommend their airline seats were comfortable and spaced well. Being on an airplane for 16 hours sucks in general, but other than being a little sore from being stuck in one place all was good.
