Growing up in Wales, with its proximity to Europe, meant travel was always part of my life. That early exposure sparked my love for exploring new places, especially Mediterranean Europe. With a mother who also worked in travel, it’s practically in my DNA. Now living in British Columbia, long international flights haven’t stopped me from making an annual trip abroad with friends.

My high school did not have a girls rugby team, so my best friend and I started one. The high school still has a girls rugby team to this day. Rugby is deeply ingrained in Welsh culture—I'm sure that's where my love for the sport comes from.
