I want to take the time to express the gratitude felt from working with Paula Polachek on my Thailand Trip #1075336. My group arrived back home Sunday, November 16, 2025. The trip was absolutely AMAZING!! I had a group of 24. Everyone totally ENJOYED! Everything went off perfectly. No hiccups. The Thailand experience was PHENOMENAL!! I love working with GOWAY. They provide SUPERB service!! Outstanding!! They are the BEST. I will always work with GOWAY with all my international trips. The tour guides were knowledgeable & informative. The hotels were wonderful. The tours were breathtaking. The total service from the time we got on the airplanes, to the coach buses, hotels, tours, & back to the airport was awesome. No problems at all!!! PERFECT!!!

We had a wonderful eight week self-drive down the east coast of Australia thanks to Goway Travel. After our first week in Australia we realized it was taking too long to research accommodation and excursions so I contacted Goway for assistance. (We used Goway for a trip to New Zealand in the past). Alice put an itinerary together for us on very short notice. Even though she was in Canada and we were in Australia she responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Overall, we were very happy with our accommodations and excursions.
