Originally from the Philippines, I recently moved to Canada and found my way with Goway Travel. Being a newcomer, I knew it won't be easy but I was lucky I got to start re-building my career in an industry I am very much comfortable with. Back home, I worked for a corporate travel agency for 7 years, left, moved on, only to find my way back almost 2 years after in a totally different country. My time in the travel industry had its own ups and downs but I take comfort with the fact that it led me to being able to travel extensively across my home country and to many other different destinations in Asia. I bring with me knowledge and experiences from these amazing trips which I hope I can get to share among my clients. It brings me so much joy and excitement that finally, I can be creative with the itineraries I will make and I get to be part in achieving their dream vacations.

When shopping (especially in Asia), don't settle for the first price the vendor gives you. Haggle - and you can get as much as 50% off from the original price at the end of your negotiations. When you travel, always haggle. :)

Favourite Group Travel Experience
One of my favorite group experiences was Bali Fam Tour with the Goway Groups and Wholesale Team in October 2023. We did the Three Gili Island Tour in Lombok, an island in Indonesia. We had one of the best time snorkeling with a lot of colorful fishes and turtles. Got the best view of the sea as we sat at the of the boat. Truly one for the books!

Everything was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. The individual tours were wonderful and all the guides were exceptional. A lot of traveling-the flight was very good on Cathay Pacific would highly recommend their airline seats were comfortable and spaced well. Being on an airplane for 16 hours sucks in general, but other than being a little sore from being stuck in one place all was good.
