JACQUELINE FAGIOLI

UK EUROPE

DESTINATION SPECIALIST

Visiting new countries has always felt exciting, yet natural. I was lucky to travel to most European countries in my early 20s. Not so long ago, life took me to work in Colombia, Mexico, and Thailand, and I moved to Canada only in 2021. I couldn't imagine my life without travel, meeting new people, and new cultures, trying the food, and recreating some of it once I was back home. While traveling, I have met some of my best friends, and despite the distance, they became family. I'm new to the travel industry, but sharing my abroad experience and helping someone else create thrilling future memories is one of the best feelings ever!

My favourite places

  • Barcelona

My home in my next life! Barcelona has a unique vibe, fizzy and relaxed at the same time. Sangria, tapas, jamon iberico, and paella are just some of the delicious dishes you can taste in Spain.

  • Colombia

If you don't know reggaeton music, you will hear reggaeton in every corner of Bogotà, and you will leave the country loving this genre. The people are great but the food is even better! Ever tried "patacones" - plantain chips? They are to die for!

  • France

When you are done with Paris, head to the northern coast of France. Brittany will delight you with rugged cliffs and lush vegetation. Ile-de-Brehat - the Island of Flowers - is a great example. The south is covered in exotic plants, and flowers while the north has windswept fields and dramatic red cliffs.Try the local galettes!

  • Italy

My home country! From north to south, you will get a very varied image of Italy. Culture, good food, beaches, mountains, fashion, amazing happy hours... and coffee! If you haven't visited Italy, make it soon!

Did you know?

  • In Villa de Leyva, Colombia, you can visit the Pozos Azules - blue wells - with a scenic horse ride tour.
  • Poznan is famous for Saint Martin croissants, sweet croissants filled with almond paste and white poppy seeds.
  • Park Guell in Barcelona has a lot of animals on display. The colorful Salamander is Barcelona’s symbol.
  • In Florence, a wild golden boar brings you good luck when you rub his snout and put a coin in its mouth.
