I’m from Italy, and a pasta, espresso, and people lover. I'm from a small town an hour outside of Venice. I grew up there, but in 2014 I decided to move to Toronto. I've always loved to travel. I started my career in travel back in 2007, representing a major Italian tour operator and had the fortune to live and work abroad for many years. I travelled to Kos, Santorini, Crete, the Bahamas, Zanzibar, Kenya, Marsa Alam, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Fuerte Ventura, and the Dominican Republic. I visited many other places on my leisure time, because to me travel is a need. I need to pack my bags and go out there and discover new cultures. I love to see new places, try new food, and seek new adventures.

Did you know?
- Be aware of afternoon closures. Europeans value their lunch breaks, and midday meals often extend over hours. So you may find a ticket office or post is closed from noon until 2pm.
- In Europe, ask the locals where to eat. They really know their city/town and they can suggest the best place to taste local food without being ripped off.
- Italy has 50 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the most of any country in the world.
- Pizza is one of the very few words which is understood all over the world. I suggest you try the real Neapolitan pizza when visiting Italy.
