  • Chengdu: Giant Panda Breeding Centre & Saxingdui Museum Full Day Tour

    Today, experience a trip to the Giant Panda Breeding Centre, which is located just 10 km (6 miles) away from downtown Chengdu. The Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Centre imitates the pandas' natural habitat so that they might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. You will be able to observe pandas at close range. Afterwards, visit the Sanxingdui Museum, a cultural relic of the ancient Shu (Sichuan). It is an important archeological discovery, which helped change the people's understanding of ancient history and culture.   • Guilin: Reed Flute Caves & Fubo Hill with Lunch Half Day Tour

    Today, experience the Reed Flute Cave, a brilliant cave marked on almost all travel itineraries. The cave takes its name from the verdant reeds growing outside of it, and from which people fashion flutes. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars, and rock formations created by carbonate deposition. Afterwards, you will be transferred to Fubo Hill, another of Guilin's wonderfully scenic spots. It reaches a height of 213 meters (698.8 feet) and emerges 62 meters (203.4 feet) above the water. Half of it stands in the river and the other half of it is on land. Since the galloping water is always blocked here and eddied, the hill is considered to have the power to subdue waves. After that, you will go to the nearby Elephant Trunk Hill. It is regarded as the symbol of the Guilin landscape. Originally named "Li Hill", "Yi Hill", and "Chenshui Hill", Elephant Trunk Hill has a history spanning 3.6 hundred million years.

  • Kunming: Dongchuan with Lunch Full Day Tour

    You will be met early this morning (around 07:00AM) at your hotel to travel to rural Dongchuan and its beautiful Red lands, a 4 hour drive, northeast of Kunming. This area is famous for it its incredible landscape. Here you'll see rich, colourful red, green, white and yellow fields, as well as farmers and animals in the local villages. Due to the warm and humid climate in Yunnan, the iron oxide in the soil has been deposited slowly through years and gradually developed into an extraordinary reddish brown soil. Some say it has the world's most impressive red earth, even more magnificent than the red land found in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This area is still quite remote and you'll notice not many not many tourists visit this region. The picturesque scenery is a haven for photography and nature lovers. After exploring the region, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and later you will be driven back to your hotel in Kunming, arriving in the evening (around 08:00PM).

  • Lhasa: Nobrulingkha Sera Temple & Drepung Monastery with Lunch Full Day Tour

Later, you will visit Drepung Monastery, one of 10 active lamaseries in Tibet, dating back to 1416. Approximately 300 lamas still live and work here. As Tibet's largest and the most important temple of Gelugpa in Tibetan Buddhism, the Drepung Temple is especially known as the site of the annual Shoton Festival, with its dramatic unfurling of a giant Buddha tapestry on the hillside.
